Please review our Return Policy below to understand your rights and options for returning products. As mentioned earlier, we are committed to providing you the best quality experience – so for any unaddressed or any further queries, please write directly to us at info@nutrivate.in

You may be able to return products within 3 days from the date of delivery – but we urge you to get in touch with us ASAP so we can ensure a swift resolution! (returns requested outside of this period may not be accepted given the nature of the product)

For a return to be processed, please click a few pictures of the damaged product at the time of delivery for proof of damage.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be present with its packaging entirely.
  • The product must not be used, damaged, or altered in any capacity.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • As mentioned earlier, proof of damage must be provided.

REFUNDS

We only offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, and we are committed to ensuring that you get the best product and value from your interaction with us. Please write to our team at info@nutrivate.in for any queries. If any refund is approved we will initiate refund within 5 (working) days.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Given that the products are food items, if the packaging is damaged, or the product is consumed, the purchased product is classed as a ‘non-returnable item’.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@nutrivate.in

We will provide instructions for returning the product and arranging a replacement ASAP!
